July 25, Gemma has been in rescue for over 2 years now. She has grown and matured into a BEAUTIFUL girl. She still does well with cats and dogs smaller than her (at 90 lbs, that's a LOT of other dogs) but she is not fond of dogs that are taller than she is. She LOVES to run and play - her and her mom (Demi) are BEST OF FRIENDS and chase each other around like crazy kids! They are also 2 of the most affectionate girls - they love to snuggle, kiss and lay in your lap. If they could be adopted together, that would be ideal.

This beautiful girl has the big black dog curse AND she's a pit bull, which are the ONLY reasons she has not been adopted. Gemma is truly a Pit Bull Ambassador - she is calm, friendly with all people and other animals, and she has a genuinely lovely spirit. She has been with us since she was a little puppy of 6 weeks old, and we have watched her grow into a wonderful 10 month old girl. All her brothers and sisters have been adopted, leaving this angel waiting for her "furever" home. She has SO much to give......she just needs to right family to find her

Gemma is a female black pit bull puppy. She was rescued, along with her brothers, sisters, and mom (Demi) from a very poor situation. They were left with in a car in the middle of August, while their ?owners? went into a store. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan called the police, who took immediate action to free these angels from the car. The dogs were all impounded at a local shelter and now they are safe with us. The puppies are HUGE, just like mom, and SO SO sweet. They were born on July 7, .
